Alaska Aquaculture Permitting Portal
"The portal outlines the necessary steps to receive state and federal authorizations for a new aquatic farm, or authorization renewal, amendment, or transfer for existing farms."
NOAA Fisheries Alaska Region has also just put together a great new resource in the Alaska Aquaculture Grant Opportunities webpage, which lists open funding opportunities for aquaculture stakeholders ranging from researchers to farmers to Alaska Native tribes and corporations.
They have also included some writing resources to help improve your grant application.
