Seeking oyster aquaculture farm hand employment New England

Hi all,
I am looking to get involved in oyster aquaculture, and am seeking employment as a farm hand, anywhere in New England. I am 34, willing and able on the physical labor front (lifting being one of my hobbies), love being on the water (sailing being my other big hobby), and immediately available. I come from a finance background, with 12 years in the proprietary trading space, and could also offer assistance in financial planning and analysis, risk analysis and modeling, data management, Excel, and python, but I am chiefly interested in getting my hands dirty.
