Outreach for watercraft use

Hello all,
Perhaps a shot in the dark to the community, but here goes:
I've helped secure a permit to grow Saccharina Latissima in the Gowanus Bay, in Brooklyn, New York.
For a variety of reasons, the organization I secured it for has lost its waterfront access, which is a logistical hurdle for them in terms of outplanting. The plot is still viable and is just offshore but it's about 20 feet deep, so they'll need a small craft to get out there and drop lines.
Would anyone happen to know anyone who would be willing to lend their time and vessel for an afternoon of outplanting in Brooklyn? Spores should be ready from the nursery in the 3rd week of November, so trying to arrange something quickly : )

i have access to a good boat, a large whaler with low sides and good outboard. I have grown a couple lines of kelp in Jamaica Bay so have a little experience. Let’s connect to see if we can make use of your Gowanus Bay permit! David Selig
