Looking for ocean faeming jobs

Hi, my name is Patrick Coy,
I have been interested in Kelp farming for quite some time now. I have my bachelor's from The University of Illinois in natural resources and environmental science. I want to start working in the field but don't know where to start. I was hoping to find some growers I could work under to learn the ropes of the trade. what's the best way to reach out to farmers who need field technicians for their growing season?
