Looking for a Traineeship / Apprenticeship

Hi all! I’m currently contacting seaweed farmers all over the world in my quest for a place where I can gain practical experience (both as part of my organic farming education and for building-up my skillset for becoming a seaweed farmer in the future), but so far nobody seems keen on having a non marine biology intern, although it’s also clearly a farming industry.. Any tips for places where to look and/or how to find an entrance without any marine study background?
A little bit of extra context information: I am a 29-year-old from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with a background in urban development. Despite a non-farming background, my passion for sustainable building materials led me to pursue hands-on training in organic farming, with a particular interest in wool and seaweed. After spending seven months as a shepherd in New Zealand to learn everything about sheep farming, I am now eager to gain practical experience in seaweed farming. I recently finished my second year at school and am actively seeking a 6-12 month apprenticeship, where I can expand my knowledge and skillset and demonstrate my dedication, passion, and willingness to work in this industry.
