Looking for Insights on Site Selection for Land-Based Seaweed Cultivation

Hi all, I'm starting up a land-based seaweed cultivation operation in India. Looking for insights on how to select the right site for cultivation - so far, what I've figured out is that you need low levels of heavy metal, good water flow, low intertidal range, and good access to transportation/logistics as well as close distance to high tide line.
