Orgs training farmers on other types of seaweed? Scaling supply

Hi all,
I'm curious if there are organizations similar to Greenwave that operate in other parts of the world that primarily focus on capacity building and training up farmers on other types of seaweed (beyond kelp) and that may also connect them to end markets? Ocean Farmers in Madagascar is one I'm aware of. I've come across a lot of companies that are focused on vertical integration but none that solely focus on capacity building. Any ideas are welcome, thanks!
