Looking for a Mentor!

I am ready to get my hands dirty and relocate to anywhere willing to let me help out on their farm and learn as much as possible. I don't have a shellfish allergy, I'm good on a skiff, and won't complain about working long hours in hard conditions.
Even if it's not a job opportunity, I would the opportunity to visit and see the bones of a farm firsthand. I want to learn as much as I can but I can only get so far with research. I need hands-on experience to see this through!
I want to run a small farm of my own one day so if there is anything you want to share with me, that would be much appreciated.
