Planning to start an IMTA project in Southern Portugal (Europe)

Hi,
We are two marine biologists with several years of experience in off-shore fish and shellfish aquaculture and we are currently planning to set up an algae farm. The project will culminate in the installation of an Integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA). We are looking for investors and mentors who can help us carry out the project.
In addition to the cultivation itself, we also want to install a maternity ward for internal consumption and sale of sporophytes and juveniles.
