Co-Packing with Kelp

Great discussion yesterday afternoon during GreenWave's Co-Packing with Kelp Farmer Forum! GreenWave complied a list of a few co-packers who are interested in working with kelp, which I'm sharing here. It's important to consider whether or not co-packing is the right step for your business, and if you will be co-packing for primary or secondary processing, or both! If you're not ready to co-pack, you can also look for of a commercial kitchen to produce your product. I recommend The Kitchen Door to find a commercial kitchen in your area. If you're based in AK, Anchorage Commercial Kitchen is open to kelp farmers reaching out. Have you considered co-packing to produce a value-added product or process your kelp? Are there any co-packers you recommend to others?
