Call to Action: Fishermen Research Study

Hi everyone!
My name is Olivia and I am a Computer Science student at the University of British Columbia. I am currently researching the design of a communication tool for small-scale fishers, and am looking to recruit fishermen to participate in an online study asking their opinions. Help from any country would be greatly appreciated!
The end goal of the mobile app is to provide a bunch of features such as the ability to send an SOS signal, report catches, etc. But right now I am focusing on getting opinions of the design of a certain feature, which is that of reporting suspicious vessels.
