"Researchers charted the environmental performance of 23 species groups of aquatic food, providing standardized estimates of green house gas emissions, nitrogen and phosphorus pollution, and freshwater and land use. Farmed bivalves and seaweeds perform best."

This Blue Food Report includes helpful graphs to visualize GHG, nitrogen, and phosphorus emissions, freshwater and land use, and nutritional density of different types of seafood. Even charts changes in seafood consumption across decades in different countries.
