Want to help building a seaweed Industry from scratch?

Hi there,
I have been tasked by the WWF to conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a seaweed industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) covering topics such as what can be grown there, what that crop can be used for and what infrastructure / policy would be need to be implemented to support farmers.
