Hi All,
I'll skip the lengthy intro about myself and get right to the point. Im in a place in my life where I need to make a change and want to help in this wonderful, new and growing industry. I've been obsessed with Kelp and Bivalve farming for the past while, and living in California its pretty hard to find that kind of work, hardly any to no Kelp farms and not a ton of Bivalve farms to be found hiring.
Im looking for work and happy to relocate, I know this is a fast growing industry and more hands the merrier. I've never worked on a boat before, or a farm, but I learn quickly and use to long days of physical labor.
Any help, guidance or referrals are greatly appreciated.
