Oyster farm job in Alabama!

Grower in Dauphin Island needs a farm hand -he's got a medium size off-bottom oyster farm in Alabama - offering a place to stay and $12/h
This is Cullan from the Mobile Oyster Co. down in Alabama. We need an extra set of hands especially over the winter and I wondered if there might not be some oyster man up north interested in heading south for a few months? Climate arbitrage. Is that a dumb idea? I figured we’d provide a place for them to stay and a modest wage. They could get out of the cold and work in an area where the water temp stays in the 50s and 60s all winter long. Still in the mid 70s now.
