I am a high school science teacher and we are starting a nursery using 20 gallon tanks. I am wondering about recommendations for chillers as to size and brand. We are thinking 1 chiller per tank. Thanks for any feedback.
@david_thomas - I have used both Coralife and EcoPlus chillers, but it seems that Coralife doesn't make chillers any more. The HP of the chiller will determine how much water you can run through it. For the EcoPlus chiller, it seems their smallest (1/10 HP) will do just fine for a 20 gallon tank! And double check the minimum and maximum flow rate for your chiller to determine what size pump to use.
If you plan to expand at anypoint, we have used one larger chiller (1/4 or 1/6 HP) for two tanks (two- 20 gallons), which saves money, but will require you to plumb the tanks together. Here are a couple examples of set-ups where multiple tanks were used for one chiller.

Hope this helps!
@michelle_stephens -Thank you for the information.
@david_thomas I haven't read through all of this yet but maybe some insight in here?
