Wondering what to do with that sugar kelp you harvested recently?  Don't live near the ocean but see all that good packaged seaweed at the grocery store but don't know what to do with it?  Here's a short video on making a seaweed salad plus a suggestion as to what we all can do, starting today, to help local seaweed farmers.
