Howdy everyone,
I've been thinking about Seaweed Farming as a possible venture in the next few years. Does anyone know of farmers in the New England (or possibly Atlantic Canada) area(s) who allow prospective farmers to volunteer for a day to see how things go day to day?

@andrew_burns - I know Chatham Kelp in Cape Cod advertises farm tours which I know isn't shadowing/volunteers but could be a place to start. In terms of timing, overall there probably wouldn't be anything happening on farms until September and kelp wouldn't be growing until after January.
Is there something particular you're looking to gain experience in? Being more specific may be helpful!
