I'm just getting started in a Farm Design. 

I've been using a resource for quite a while for when I do Permaculture Designs. It's called https://www.windy.com

Although it doesn't have Tides or historical data, it does show live:

• Tidal currents
• Wave heights
• Wind, gusts, and their directions
• Sea temperature
• Fog
• Weather Radar
• Satellite

And a whole lot more.
