@karsten_mueller - Hi Karsten, I'd recommend checking out Ocean Era, Kauai Sea Farms, and Symbrosia. Pacific Hybreed also operates the third largest shellfish hatchery in the US, but their stock is sent off-island to farms on the mainland.
