Greetings from Singapore

What an exciting launch to the Greenwave Hub! I unfortunately was unable to make it live as it was in the middle of the night my time, but was happy to watch the recorded session.
I have a background in sustainable development and am interested in the ocean farming space as a means of ecosystem restoration and community development in the Riau Archipelago of Southeast Asia. Traditional fishing communities from this region of the world (known as the Orang Laut - "people of the sea") have lost their way of life and culture due to climate change, overfishing and the destruction of coastal habitats from development. I see regenerative ocean farming as an intersectional solution that can help restore ecosystems, bring back jobs, create new sustainable industries and reestablish vibrant cultures.
It was mentioned that the resources in the Hub are not specific to tropical waters, however, perhaps there are elements that can assist and I hope through this community chat, more people from tropical regions can collaborate to develop new knowledge in this area.
Glad to be a part of such an incredible movement.
