Interested in Investing /Working in a Kelp farm or hatchery

Hello all!! Located in Northern California and a long time learner and admirer of ocean farming. I am interested for opportunities to invest in a farm or hatchery, and ideally volunteer there as well if possible to continue to learn! Alternatively, I wanted to open a land based farm and hatchery in Mare Island where I live, but I don't feel capable of doing it alone- if anyone is interested in joining efforts with me, let me know!
