EU Seaweed Business Grants - Proposals Due Oct 22 2025

The Interregional Innovation Investment-4-Seaweed project has an open call for proposals for small-to-medium sized seaweed businesses in the EU to close gaps in the value chain. 

They are awarding 30 12-month grants of € 60,000 each across two categories: Macroalgal Production and Macroalgae Biotechnology and Downstream Applications.

Applications are due October 22, 2025. 

Requires a value-added tax (VAT ) number and registration number within an eligible geographic region.
