I would be interest in applying yet US Customs don't like me I was stopped twice going to Panama and stopped once from returning. They don't like independent people that are not sheep lol.
I have the skills and insights. I have been thinking of semi and fully automatic harvesting systems.
As a teen, young adult I worked in a crab/fish processing facility. Ex navy Electrical Tech. With Millwright, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Pneumatic, also ROV pilot Tech and Diver. I know of a Drying system that we used at a winery for flash drying berries.
