Hi All!
My name is Scott Grewe. I've been a chef my whole career. Then during Covid, my wife and I set sail from NYC. After 20k miles, the sailboat (our home) is in LA, California. Now I want to explore opportunities to get into Oyster farming. I am extremely flexible with my schedule and potential locations now as I'm doing some soul searching. I'm looking for some farmers that are keen to share what they know and help a fellow out. I would love to shadow and work with some of you guys over the next few months. I'm a capable set of hard working hands, just asking for some experience and knowledge in return.
Oh and my boats name is Oyster.
