Hi Everyone!
My name is Kate Sullivan and I am based in San Francisco, CA. I am the founder of Uncracked, a food technology company using macroalgae to create functional ingredients for the food and beverage industry. We believe good food should not sacrifice sustainability, nor nutrition! We are a B2B company that works directly with seaweed farms and food companies in order to utilize seaweed as it has never been before.
I am seeking a highly qualified technical co-founder (or full-time C-suite/director employee) to join this journey to carry out our vision. This co-founder will have a background in bioprocessing engineering, chemical engineering, or food science, ideally with experience in macroalgae/seaweed. This person would need to work full-time at our HQ in Dogpatch, CA. This person will be extremely self-motivated and eager to join the fast-paced work of a start-up. Elliot Roth has a technical background, was a founder at Spira Inc., has been interested in edible algae and is in California.
