Seeking informational interviews

Hi! My name is Michael and I am interested in the kelp industry. I am not sure where in the industry I would fit, but I believe kelp is key solution to removing and sequestering carbon. My background is in chemistry, so I am interested in the environmental affects kelp has on the ocean. Also, I would like to see the process of kelp farming first-hand.
To help me figure out where I would fit in this industry, I would like to spend sometime doing informational interviews with farmers, hatcheries, and scientific labs studying kelp. Does anyone have recommendations for people to reach out to for informational interviews? I am located in Massachusetts, but I do not mind traveling to meet people and tour their setup.
