seeking farm partners

I am seeking partners to grow this scrappy little in-ocean seaweed farm and terrestrial farm in Humboldt County, California. I’m permitted, leased, and in operation.
About the farm: Selkie Land and Sea bridges marine and terrestrial agriculture. In addition to growing seaweed in the Humboldt Bay, on my land farm in Arcata, I grow a plethora of organic and kelp-powered flowers and herbs, both culinary and medicinal, along with produce. I also make value-added products such as spice blends, biodynamic compost tea, and fish and kelp hydrolysate. Services I offer are flower design installations for events, soil fertility consulting, as well as land restoration for former cannabis grows.  Right now I'm a one-person show (without any outside funding) and this needs to change. I am happy to grow the farm in directions suited to partners' interests and needs.
About me:  I am an artist and that most definitely informs my dreaming and scheming. I wear a lot of hats. I'm a trans, queer, single parent, and a science nerd.  A hyper-creative, at times salty, first gen Irish-Jew, activist, biodynamic land farmer of MANY years. Plant wizard of an esoteric order. I am passionate about horizontal leadership and have been involved in many collectives and cooperatives, and it is my hope to grow the Selkie farm in this way.
About you: Passionate about regenerative agriculture; creative, enthusiastic, funny; works well with others, open minded; dependable, energetic, optimistic, playful; robust work ethic, organized, resourceful, reliable; able to be scrappy, and have realistic expectations about the labor and income that regenerative farming and start-ups afford. Your skillset and chops can lend themselves to a variety of Selkie's needs, as we grow -literally- the future of farming.
I am intimate with the barriers to entry in farming on land and sea and I would be particularly honored to offer the opportunity to someone belonging to a marginalized community.
