Hello! I am a food manufacturer with plans to develop a new condiment with fermented kelp. I'm looking for either fresh, dried or already fermented kelp from Connecticut. I am in upstate New York and plan to visit the Connecticut coast in two weeks. Can anyone help connect me to a source? Thanks a lot, Anne
