Fresh Sugar Kelp Packaging Guide

GreenWave partnered with Qfresh Lab to create a packaging guide for fresh, minimally processed sugar kelp. This packaging is intended for fresh sugar kelp sold in retail or foodservice settings, and was not tested for processed (dried/frozen) seaweed or species other than sugar kelp. The guide contains packaging specifications, packaging equipment, and contacts for purchasing. Take a look here and let us know if you have any questions! @grace_collery could we please be provided with the research report that went into determining microperforated LLDPE packaging was best?
It would be good to get an idea of how much better they did when compared to other products.
