Sustainable Ocean Alliance is accepting grant proposals for projects contributing to ocean carbon removal. This is a great opportunity for seaweed farmers to apply for funding!
Here's some info from their team: SOA is seeking grant proposals from people and organizations working to conserve and restore marine environments that remove atmospheric CO2 and equivalent greenhouse gases. These can include both direct (e.g. maintaining/creating mangrove, seagrass, marsh, and kelp environments) and indirect (e.g. monitoring, avoidance, capacity-building) applications. Learn more and apply by January 31.
