Request for an Internship - Australian Regen Ocean Farm

I am looking to do an internship on a regenerative ocean farm in Australia. Please do let me know if you are aware of any such ocean farms that are taking interns in Australia.
By way of background, I am a commercial lawyer in South Africa having completed a commerce and law degree. After practising law for some time, I moved into the corporate space where I was the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO") of a public company for approximately 6 years.
I am in the process of immigrating to Australia and wish to become a Regenerative Ocean Farmer. My vision is to own and operate my own ocean farm in Australia. I have little ocean farming experience but have spent a large part of my free time in & on the ocean in South Africa where I have got involved in ocean farming operations on an ad hoc and informal basis. I have a passion for the outdoors, the ocean and a deep desire to undertake work that is more meaningful to me.
