ISO Ocean Farming Job

Hello, hello!
I am in the process of learning about upstarting my own ocean farm (one day), but for now I am hoping to find an existing farm to get my feet wet and learn through practical experience about kelp farming. I have taken numerous online courses and am currently maintaining my own oyster garden through the SPAT program in Southold. If anyone has any suggestions or needs a hired hand, I am willing and flexible to travel throughout the NE or NW for a seasonal hire.
