Resources on Kelp Cultivation in lebanon

• Hi, everyone. I've started looking into kelp farming around Beirut Lebanon. It already looks like one company (Kelp Blue) is operating
• Does anyone know of any particularly good resources on the kelp species native to this region or any aquaculture techniques developed for them? The climate and species in the broader region seem to be very unique (the Skeleton Coast) apparently are very strong.
