This is a recent Medium article that came across my news feed which was pretty interesting. I like to use these as inspiration when adding "exciting seaweed facts" to presentations around seaweed I give locally.
Are there other articles out there the community can pass along? I would love to read them.
@suzie_flores Not an article, but a great book is "Seaweeds: Edible, Available, and Sustainable" by Ole G. Mouritsen. It has a great background in everything seaweed, from recipes and industry uses to taxonomy and cultural importance!
