Opportunity for Free Student Help!

Farmers! Professor Dawn King at Brown University is looking for interested farmers who might want to engage with small groups of students to complete a project that would be valuable to your farm or business, including website design, social media, research, etc. See description below. If interested, feel free to reach out to Professor King at dawn_king@brown.edu.
It is the time of year to reach out to community partners for my intro to environmental studies course (Humans, Nature, and the Environment) in the fall! Each year, my intro course breaks into 6 engaged scholar labs (about 12-14 students per group), which are led by a teaching assistant. The group meets every week for an hour to work on a project, and there are also out of class time expectations. Projects can be videos, website work, social media, background research/white papers, mapping, etc...) as long as they have an environmental component.
Let me know if you (or someone you know) is interested in teaming up with us this year. The students begin projects in mid-Sept and will complete the projects at the end of November, so ideal projects are often one-time needs (or a defined step of a larger project) that can be completed within 9 weeks by a group of 12-14 students (which we can break into "sub groups" depending on the project). Certainly a good match for some projects, but not all.
This sounds like an amazing opportunity!
@lindsay_olsen i hope we could join
We have just started small beginnings in this seaweed farming and are very much eager to gain more knowledge with the help of professionals and people who have been engaged in this field. We are located at the Pacific though
@lilibeth_celada Looks like you should reach out directly to the email in the post!
