Hi all, I recently found this resource from Alaska Sea Grant on seaweed handling and processing. It’s free to download and although the content is geared towards Alaska, much of the information applies more broadly. The document is most helpful for those considering primary processing of seaweed and contains information about regulations, harvesting, equipment, potential hazards, food safety, etc. Definitely worth giving it a look if you’re interested in learning more!
