Looking for farmers in the NE US

I am very interested in eventually starting my own farm. However, I lack many of the skills required and would love to work for someone who already has an establishment up and running. I am based in New York but would be willing to venture to any state in the Northeast if an opportunity arises. Please reach out if you have a farm and are looking for some help!

@john_smith - @john_smith - Hi John, I think that's a great decision to get a job on an shellfish/kelp farm to get experience before starting you own farm, and it is what I've recommended to others in the past. Let me know if you found anything yet and if not I'll keep an eye out for you on Long Island. And If Great Gun Shellfish is still looking for help, I second the recommendation from @Lindsay_Olsen .
