Hello from Oregon!

I hadn't been so excited ab out and on board with something for some time until I ready "Eat Like a Fish". I am exploring all the industries utilizing kelp to see which will be the best fit for me. Mostly interesting in collaborating with a local former so I can create and sell jarred foods, dried foods and spices and cook fresh for the public. Would love to know anyone local to work with and get me (or us) started!
