Hi all! Fantastic kickoff from a fabulously dedicated team -- thank you all for your hard work. I am stupid excited to see how this community grows and develops.

On the note of growth and development, I am a recent college grad who is looking for a more meaningful career. Though eventually, I hope to run my own ocean farm, I lack the skills and the capital to begin such an adventure. Do any of the old-timers around here have any advice? How can I involve myself in the world of ocean farming, given that my skillset is more tailored for business and paper-pushing than for breaking boats out of morning ice?
