Storage

Don’t forget about boat storage! After you own it, where will you put it? Does the boat you’re considering come with a trailer? Does the trailer need repairs? Is there room in your yard or driveway for storage?

If you’re planning to keep your boat in a nearby harbor or marina, you’ll want to check to see if there is availability and for what length boat. Sometimes certain marinas or harbors can charge different amounts for moorage based on boat length. Know how much boat storage (either in or out of the water) generally costs before you make your purchase. 

Boat Insurance
