Spreader to Vertical Bridle

On the upward-facing side of the spreader bar, two eyes are welded on either end, which connect to bridle lines that run upward to a buoy on the surface, which provides flotation. It’s important to double-check that these bridle lines are perfectly matched in length to ensure that the array hangs straight in the water and doesn’t sit tilted.

The 5-line array is kept afloat by a buoy and bridle system attached to each spreader bar.
The buoy on the left is attached to the spreader bar on either end with two bridle lines.
