Mid-Line Spreaders to Growline

To add mid-line flotation to the 5-line array, we use the same spreader bar and vertical bridle system as on the ends of the array. The mid-line spreaders can be attached by pre-splicing soft shackles at the appropriate points along the growlines. The mid-line spreaders are typically installed after the system has been deployed and the seed has been outplanted. Typically, we recommend installing mid-line spreaders and flotation every 100 feet, although this could differ depending on the conditions of your site.
