Build the Relationship

One of the joys of being a small business owner is developing relationships within your community. If you’re selling to other local businesses, make sure you’re doing your part to support them! Stop by in person to check out your product in situ, learn about what upcoming events or dishes you can help promote and interact with your customer’s customers. This will both build rapport with your wholesale customer and give you an opportunity to learn first-hand about their needs and how they might change over.

Make sure to nurture the relationship with your buyer.
