As you’re planning the transition of moving your spools from the hatchery to the farm, it’s important to keep in close communication with your farmers to coordinate logistics and plan for optimal outplanting conditions. After your spools have all been distributed, you’ll break down and clean your equipment for next season. This is also a good time to reflect on the successes and challenges of the season and articulate any improvements you want to carry on to next season.
