From Science to Sea: Kelp Farming in Aotearoa NZ

This webinar will spotlight the emerging rimurimu-seaweed sector in Aotearoa New Zealand, highlight important advancements in hatchery and farm production of local species, including Ecklonia radiata, and illuminate the challenges and opportunities for moving beyond pilot-scale production.

This webinar will be co-hosted by Kendall Barbery of GreenWave, a U.S.-based non-profit with a mission to train and support regenerative ocean farmers, and Rebecca Barclay-Cameron of Greenwave Aotearoa, a New Zealand-based non-profit reviving the mauri | life force and vitality of the ocean and coastal communities through regenerative ocean farming.
